Resistance Is Futile is a matte, sand-textured nail polish made up of copious amounts of black, white, and neon green glitter, some of them holographic. It also GLOWS IN THE DARK in a neon green color.
This polish is opaque on its own in 2-3 coats, or you can apply 1 coat over another nail polish for a different effect.

About Glow In the Dark Nail Polish
- After being painted, you nails need to be "charged" under a bright light or in sunlight. The glow effect lasts for at least an hour or so in full darkness, before needing to be charged again.
- Glow in the dark pigments last a long time, but we still recommend you keep your polish in a cool dark place and only "charge" it as necessary for use.
About Matte Nail Polish:
- When the polish looks matte, it's dry! It will still look glossy in the bottle, and while it's wet!
- No top coat needed! If you use one, and it's not a matte top coat, it will make the polish glossy.
