Hi! My name's Lynae Zebest, I'm an artist & enterpreneur, and I'm the owner/operator of Fanchromatic Nails. I like sci-fi, strange creatures, glitter, bright colors, and food! I live in San Francisco with my nesting partner, Orin, who is a big part of the FN infrastructure - if you see FN referred to as "us" or "we" - he is the other half of that :)

Maybe! If you're in the SF Bay Area, I'm happy to try and find a time for us to meet up, and I'll refund your shipping charges. However, I travel a lot and my schedule varies, so sometimes this route will take longer for you than shipping. Similarly, if you have to cross a bridge to get to me, shipping is cheaper.

Within the US: 

• Orders of $0.01-$49.99: Calculated by weight
• Orders of $50 or more: Free shipping 

To the rest of the world: 

• Calculated shipping rate based on weight. We add in no charge for packaging/handling - the prices you see are our cost of postage!
  
  We are no longer able to offer a flat rate for large international orders, as our products vary widely in weight, and international shipping rates have skyrocketed. That said, if you are an international customer placing a large order, and would like a shipping discount, please write me with the details of your order. Depending on what you have in your cart, I may be able to offer up to 20% off your shipping charge, as a thank-you to you :)
  

We ship via USPS unless other shipment arrangements are requested by the customer. If you are accidentally overcharged for postage for any reason, we refund shipping overages at time of shipment. All orders include tracking information. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Many of our items are made to order, so ship times can vary a bit! Our usual shipping window is 5-12 days, from when you order to when we drop off at the post office! Sometimes it will be a bit faster, and sometimes - such as when we've had a big sale, or when you've placed a large order with multiple items that need to be made to order - we may need a couple more days. Especially during COVID-19 days, we only have the two of us handling all aspects of our business, so we appreciate your patience!

I know you're going to love your order - so sure, that if you don't like it, I'll refund you. I know how disappointing it can be to receive an item that isn't living up to your expectations - don't be afraid to reach out.

This guarantee is valid for 30 days after you receive your order, and does not include return shipping.
