Rules of Acquisition is a matte metallic blue-green-gold multichrome polish. The texture is similar to brushed metal. You will mostly see the gold if you layer this over a darker color!

Inspiration: Star Trek: This is a replica of the nail polish worn by all Ferengi men. Fun fact: I confirmed in a behind-the-scenes guide to the show that blue isn't their nail color, but rather, there is one nail polish company on Ferenginar, which only makes one color, and has a complete monopoly on the market!

About Matte Nail Polish:

  • When the polish looks matte, it's dry! It will still look glossy in the bottle, and while it's wet!
  • No top coat needed! If you use one, and it's not a matte top coat, it will make the polish glossy.
