Bright and Bubbly Nail Polish - holographic purple glitter
Regular price
$5.50
Bright & Bubbly is an intense, incredibly sparkly holographic glitter bomb! Suspended in a clear base are many different glitters in mostly purple, with flashes of blue, pink, aqua and red.
Primary photo shows it in 2 coats (left) or 1 coat layered over a black polish (right). 1 coat can be used as a topper for other polish colors, and 2-3 coats will give you full glitter coverage.
Inspiration:The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. "Bright and bubbly as ever, Effie Trinket trots to the podium." We picture this polish as perfectly coordinating with Effie's pink wig, during the Reaping scene at the beginning of book 1.
